Roofer MBA.
Free, practical operating plays for roofing company owners, no MBA required.

What it is
Roofer MBA is a free library of practical "plays" for running a roofing company — cash flow, hiring, crew turnover, and the day-to-day chaos that comes with owning one. Every play is free to read on the site. A set of companion spreadsheets and printable cards are also free, unlocked with an email address.
Who it's for
A roofing company owner who is buried in the business rather than running it — the kind of owner who Googles "how to stop losing money on jobs" at 11pm. It's aimed at owners running smaller shops, not the $20K-a-year consultant crowd.
Why I built it
The "run your company like a real business" category is dominated by expensive consultants and franchises most small roofing owners can't afford or won't call. I wanted to take that same kind of operating knowledge and rewrite it specifically for roofing, in plain language, for free, so an owner can act on it the same day they read it.
How it works
Every play is a short, specific how-to page, organized into modules by the problem it solves — cash flow, crew, callbacks, and so on. The site's homepage routes a visitor straight to the play that matches what's actually bothering them. The plays themselves are free and always will be; the fill-in spreadsheets and printable cards sit behind a one-time email signup, which also gets you on the mailing list. There's no login, no account, and no paid tier.
What's next
It's early. The next step is widening the play library and watching which topics owners actually act on before building anything paid on top of it.
